Default Question for the hairdressers out there

I found some bangs I want to get cut into my hair:

Like, really blunt, but kinda coming down around your face a little bit. One site called them arch bangs? It looks really doll-y and young and cute. The first pic shows how they come down around her face, and the second shows how blunt I like it, and the way I want them cut, but from the side.

Question - do these take lots of "stuff" done to them? Lots of spraying and whatnot? Also, will everyone's hair do this? My hair is fine in texture but medium thick.

Is this an easy cut? I don't have a hairdresser myself, could a girl in a beauty college do this or is it complicated? Since my printer is dead, are they called arch bangs or something else I should tell the girl?

    Sorry so dumb, LOL.
