Default getting my personal training certification

Yay, I'm getting my personal training certification here in about two weeks. Though I don't consider myself to be an expert by any means yet, if I can be of any service to anyone here, just let me know. Is anyone else here certified? I think it'd be pretty cool to have our own Stripperweb nutritionist, personal trainer, doctor, etc. If you are one of the above or something similar, make yourself known.

OH OH! How can I make my ass bigger? And get rid of lower and inner thigh fat? Like, I know "spot reduction doesn't work", but I always ask this because I'm never satisfied with the answer.

Also, is it better to do squats with or without shoes? I find they help me balance better, but someone told me it's better to do them barefoot.

I recommend barefoot training and these are my workout shoes: Vibram 5 Fingers. http://www.vibramfivefingers.com/

I graduated in '00 (or '01) - I completed my 1 credit after moving. Where do you go to grad school?

I'm getting it from NASM, I also plan on getting ACE too. And Rozz, I live in NH also, where are you at? I didn't think any of the SW girls were anywhere near me.
