I think so.... Tony's are good. Luscious is good.

Argh, I have the same problem!

Luscious is good. I've also found that the clear plastic on the top is the worst as it stretches out fast, rendering your shoes worthless quickly. I will NOT dance with my toes sliding over the shoe, uh uh

If I get leather covering over the top they get less dirty, helps with odor and doesn't not stretch as much as the plastic.

If nothing else try gel inserts.

Let me know what you find because it is SO HARD finding solutions to the skinny feet dancer shoe dilemma.

I buy my shoes one size smaller. That keeps the crazy toe action at bay. Sure, it's a little tight at first but your shoes fit SO much better in the long run.

I don't know, buying your shoes one size smaller would increase the likelihood of the toe hanging over problem. Also, even with smaller shoes the width doesn't change.

Yep. I fabricated that technique because I want to sabotage you.

There are two causes of hang-toe. Normal foot and long toes, or normal toes and skinny foot. Wearing a size smaller will only fix the latter.

I used to be able to order Karo shoes in a narrow width, but the site went out of business. My cobbler says he can take a pair of close-toe shoes and make them into open toe with a smaller than usual toe opening.
I let you know how that works out.
