yes it stings lol have applied aloe gel 3 times already...
thank you for the compliment on my stomach, that is the part i am trying to work on the most!! i don't really do a lot of ab strength training, my problem is to get the fat off of my abs so that they can show through... so i do lots of elliptical and general ab stuff, like bicycle crunches and planks, even though i hate planks. but those r really the best because i have been told by a trainer that it basically trains your abs to act like a "corset" and keeps them tight and in, rather than building the muscles outward. that is my best tip!!

i want to add that strength training your whole body is obv important, because even if you lose weight, it's your muscle definition that gives you a nice shape and defines cuts and curves in a good way. plus the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn overall. it also makes dancing easier... i generally do 30-45 mins of elliptical, 15 mins stretching, then equal time as cardio on strength training. 2-3 times a week.
