Does anyone know of specific sites that have various workouts on them for different body types, or do you all have any suggestions?
I just started going to a gym about 3 weeks ago, and I pretty much do the same routine: the elliptical (35 min), ab work (machine w/50 lbs about 45-50 crunches), then the elliptical again (25-35 more min). I used to do the elliptical at a steady resistance, but now I do the alpine program, which is def better. I currently do the alpine on a level 10 out of 20 resistance, as well. I've tried to use the ab machine at 65 lbs, but that's a little too much for me at this time. Also notable is that I absolutely cannot run. So any workout suggestions incorporating the elliptical, bikes, and other machines are welcome!!
