    Default Are non-opiate painkillers addictive?

I was taking Tramadol & Acetametophin for my severe headaches and when I quit smoking, I started getting headaches daily. At first I figured it was just nicotine withdrawal, but now it's been two weeks and I'm still taking Tram and Acet every day. I only take one dose a day, but I'm starting to wonder if there's anything wrong with me that I have to take it every day? I thought Tramadol was supposedly non-addictive?

I can contact all my exes at once by drawing a pentacle on the floor, sacrificing a ram, and shouting "Hail Satan". Convenience is a must.

I don't know why you thought that...

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tramadol

But if you're taking your dose at the same time everyday?? (Although after 2 weeks on a low dose... if they are withdrawals, you're not withdrawing from much anyway!)

I imagine it is ABSOLUTELY nicotine related! Even 4 or 6 weeks later?? Oh hell yeah!
Especially if your headaches started initially as a mental response - not an actual physical one.
If your headaches start to worsen as you reach the end of your 'script... there's your answer.

Zyban is supposed to be really good for all that stuff. But I'm just an internet Dr... so?
