Well, they are stretch jeans from Old Navy; but that at least means I'm about an 8 at worst; right?
I'm so excited!!!
Three weeks ago I started finally losing noticable weight, due to modifiying my diet and adding coconut oil supplements to my CLA and other supplement routine. I've cut out all soda and fried foods; and most breads except for some multigrains on a very small basis. Lots of tuna and chicken. But I am not denying myself either chocolate or some sugars every now and then; just not high frutcose corn syrup.
And I'm dry brushing at least two to three times a day.
I've also been eating at Subway at least twice a week...seriously. I get the oven roasted chicken breast with provolone and all the veggies; I just only add southwest sauce and oregano..no oil and vinegar or salt and pepper; and no mayo of course.
Now I just have to firm up the stomach area a bit; and I am good to go!
