I used to love Redline, but then I had a bad experience. I drank 1/2 a bottle (the suggested serving) and went to the gym, while I was at the gym, I was doing a heavy leg workout, and I started to feel light headed and like I was going to pass out so I had to end my workout early. My trainer told me that it's never good to drink energy drinks before a workout, because they speed your heart rate up, and obviously so does exercise, so the combination of the two cause your heart rate to sky rocket, and when your heart rate sky rockets, this is when you pass out, or if you are in poor shape you may have a heart attack.
