Ok fitness question . I work out all the time , I lost 75lbs after I had my baby ....I have little to no cellulite ....but I can seem to get the back of my thighs tight , help please !!!
If I squat to shake my butt , the back of my thighs jiggle like crazy ...its gross ....I asked one friend of mine who works out and even has trained for body building ....she gave me 2 work outs but they really are not helping ...One she recommended was like donkey kicks but you put a rolled up towel behind your knee .....and the other was more of a a butt exercise ....
Anyone have any suggestions ?? Alot of the dance moves I like to do on stage I cant do because it would emphases this area !!!

everything else on my body looks soo good (well for me)and I lost so much weight ....grrr just this one spot ....
