    Default Back of my thighs , need help !!

    Ok fitness question . I work out all the time , I lost 75lbs after I had my baby ....I have little to no cellulite ....but I can seem to get the back of my thighs tight , help please !!!


    If I squat to shake my butt , the back of my thighs jiggle like crazy ...its gross ....I asked one friend of mine who works out and even has trained for body building ....she gave me 2 work outs but they really are not helping ...One she recommended was like donkey kicks but you put a rolled up towel behind your knee .....and the other was more of a a butt exercise ....

    Anyone have any suggestions ?? Alot of the dance moves I like to do on stage I cant do because it would emphases this area !!!

    I hope I described my problem ok ....

    Leg Curls. Heavy. Really heavy and 5 x 5 slow reps. If that doesn't help you, nothing will

    Go to the gym, and ask for the leg curl machine

    Or do lunges w extra weight (google is your friend)

    Deadlifts, deadlifts, deadlifts. and squats. ALL with free weights.
    just make sure you do the deadlifts right, or you'll hurt your lower back...it's a lower back/hamstring exercise and it's amazing.
    try stiff leg deadlifts first...you'll definitely feel it if you do it right and with enough weight.

    Cellulite has a lot to do with diet and exercise, but obviously some of it is not something controllable, due to genetics.

    I had a friend who used to swear by taking a small rolling pin and actually KNEAD out where her cellulite was. She would use lotion and just smooth over the little lumpies, like working them over and over every day, after she got out of the bath. I don't know how she looked before this technique, but she looks great now.

    That sounds like fun I'm gonna try it. Tonalin CLA works on a lot of ppl for cellulite too... search for those threads there are a ton.
    But I agree leg curl til you can't curl anymore.

    I was so excited to try Tonalin. I got freaked out by the weight gain I noticed within the first week, and staved off of the stuff. Maybe I was not exercising enough though, but I seriously couldn't hang to find out. I want to try and go the rolling-pin route, if I could remember to do it every day. damned lil lumpies.

    best thing for ass and legs is stairs. We dont have alot of two story places here in florida but when I travel I walk up flights of steps in the club and hotel and after 1 week I can feel and see a difference. My friend who works out like 3 hours a day and I never really thought her body looked good until she started running up and down bleachers. wow you can see the difference and shes like 38 now and her body looks better than when she was in her 20s.

    Yeah I have heard that massage is good for cellulite ...but I dont really have any cellulite thanks to ZYlene .....I just have untoned flesh ....it jiggles

    Wow ....yeah my good friend has a huge house with lots of stairs maybe I can use them ...I have a few little stairs in my house ...I could go up and down them alot everything else on my body looks soo good (well for me)and I lost so much weight ....grrr just this one spot ....

    I have this same problem, but honestly, I don't think anyone notices or cares at the club. Judging by your pic I would say you have nothing to worry about.

    But, +1 on the deadlifts. When I used to work out a lot, these were always on my regimen and they helped to lift and smooth everything out back there.

    sorry to be the one that says it, but if it is JUST skin, wihtout making your legs bigger with muscle, there may be no hope. It is like when people loose all that weight, the skin is stretched and the only way to get rid of it is cut if off. I dont know if that is the case for you but I hope not. Deffinitly try all those leg workouts though. Just remember that it can take a while before you start seeing results grrr

    If I had a video camera I would post a video to show you guys what I am talking about ....its not loose skin , its I am getting older and I lost alot of weight and things are not as tight as they use/ should be . Thats all . I figured on a stripper website someone might have some insight on this area .

    I know some of you made some good suggestions and I appreciate it . I have lost so much weight that I really dont want to lose anymore so i am switching my work outs from Cardio to just weights and abs for now ....the weights I do has lots of squats and lunges so maybe that will help my thighs ....I use to use a pilates thigh work out that worked well too ....grrr just keep trying right !

    oooh you know its kinda like the bottom of your bicep ....is that called the tri cep ?? you know how it wiggles when you wave ? thats exactly like my legs ......picture my leg like an arm and when I skake it like a waving motion it wiggles

    I have tightened up my arms pretty good , there are so many work outs for that area ...its ok though , I will try some of the things suggested xo Thanks

    leg curl machine and running 20-30 minutes 3 times a week.. be patient and give it a few months

    I've been doing this thing where I am down on all fours and kick up and backwards slowly and with control. I dunno what you would call those. Reverse kicks? I dunno. But they are toning me a lot.
