They say its very popular now in Japan and that it works.
"The Morning Banana Diet consists of one or more bananas with room-temperature water for breakfast; an optional snack at 3 p.m.; and anything you want for lunch and dinner. The catch: You can't eat desserts after meals, dinner has to be consumed by 8 p.m. , and you have to go to bed by midnight."
I know there is more info needed, but I'll bet you can google it.
Also I know this topic goes in Body Business, but since I'm not a dancer, I can't post in there. I posted because I thought it would be interesting to all. I might just have to relearn to eat bananas.
