    Default MoonLighting Dilemma

I will be starting a new job finally, in the field that I was trained in soon after working in the clubs for a few years to pay off tuition expenses etc.,.
I am curious as to how many days a week you work if you have a professional day job such as teacher, lawyer, or any other job that has an ethical component to it, and how to remain discreet in process.
What days do you usually work, I think it would be safer to work the weekends so my night life does not interfere with my normal job, with tiredness and lack of energy.
Also, how did you deal with the intial nervousness or parnoia that you will be "found out" and what other techniques work to keep your night job from intererring from your day career.

I work as a teacher--however, since I teach at a university, there's less of the "DON'T CORRUPT THE CHILDREN!" factor.

At the same time, though, I don't want my students coming in asking for lapdances.

I work day shifts once or twice a week (so as not to screw up my sleep schedule. This also works because I only teach on Tuesdays and Thursdays).

I strip in a different city (about an hour and a half drive) from where I teach.

I really am not concerned about being found out at all.

I worked 5 days a week in my regular job and danced thurs/ fri/ sat on a regular with Weds and Sun seasonally too. If i had a big meeting or something i would stick to Fri and Sat only - i was lucky enough to be in charge of my own schedule mostly and have my own office where i could take a nap if needed one in a while.

As for being recognized - the flat shoes, glasses and nerdy clothes in the daytime afforded me a lot of protection.

When I was doing this (thank goodness I don't have to anymore) I worked 8am to 5pm M - F at the regular job, left work Friday afternoon and went to work at the club from 6pm to 2am. I worked 6pm to 2am on Saturday too. I won't say that I wasn't tired, because I was actually going to school too, so I was ALWAYS tired.
    Don't you ever sleep?
Not at night...that's when the stars have rather better things to do. They're coming out, shining, that sort of thing.
