It appears that Miami-Dade County has voted Democratic and Republican in the Presidential Elections however, in the state and local government elections seats are primarily taken by Republicans. With the increasing Cuban-American population and their propensity to vote Republican, you will see (through living, working, and playing in) Miami-Dade County that it is primarily Republican. Thus, you can still take them... Thank you...
I am very glad that the map you posted portrays a shift for a more qualified candidate with Bachelor's in political science with a specialization in international relations (clearing throat -- something we need NOW) from Columbia, a JD from Harvard, and experience in community revitalization (something our communities need now with failing American homes everywhere...) They would be crazy not to vote Blue now... Especially with how bad the South Florida communities have suffered through this credit crisis. I live in a nice quaint suburban community in South Florida and ALL of my closest and dearest neighbors are gone... They couldn't afford their mortgages!
