My knee jerk reaction is to tell you not to do it.
However, if you just want a fling and there won't be any repercussions to the club finding out (trust me, they will) then go for it. Even if there's never anything seiouse - people will find out. They'll smell the chemistry like wild sharks and make up rumors when they don't find the chum!
As long as neither of you would be in trouble for that, and you're ready to accept that whatever happens may only be short term, then I say have fun![]()

Keep in mind that this is just a job - like any other job co-workers are bound to find each other attractive and hook up. But like any other job it can easily go sour and make your time at work tense - especially since he is going to continuously watch you flirt/dance with other guys. Hopefully he's not the jealous type.
Aww, I think that's cute.
All the restaurant waitstaff at my club are adorable. They're all gay, too. I order chicken fingers just to watch them scoot their cute butts into the dressing room.
But yes, I concur with everyone that you should be cautious about dating a co worker.
I personally wouldn't do it, but i don't think there is anything wrong with it tho
I think maybe you owe it to yourself to investigate and see if there is any potential for real fireworks because in the long run thats bigger than any job...also it seems like you haven't even spoken to him, so there is a long way between talking/getting to know someone and dating...
it can maybe be awkward to if things don't work out, but in general dating co-workers is not as big a deal as it once was...unless your club has strict policies against it

I HAVE BEEN THERE! /endcapslock
It fucking sucks, because in my case, I got to know them a little better, a little better, you know, coffee dates, then oh! then I started to get jealous/silently freaking out because sometimes they would seem a little more standoffish or make plans with other girls at work and I would try really hard to hide my crush.
So then my crush feelings would go away, which stinks because let's face it, a crush is fun.
Awww, you sound so cute and crushes are fun! How perfect that he's a bartender and you can flirt with him every time you order a drink. I wouldn't worry too much about him or anyone else finding out that you have a crush on him. Unfortunately, no matter what you do I think people will find out/realize/ or guess at some point... they might tease you about it, but they won't really care and he will probably be flattered.![]()

Yeah just go with the flow. A moment should arise sometime when you both a few free minutes to spark up a friendly chat. But yes be wary of a relationship with a coworker it could prove disastrous.
