that's badass
COOL!
Gorgeous
Wow, that is amazing! You can't even tell you are nude.
I knew a woman who had been a cosmetologist in Russia before emigrating to the USA. She specialized in body paint, and she told me that in Russia it is used for advertising! A girl will get her body painted as an ad for something and then walk around in a bar or on the street. That would certainly get my attention!
Your body paint looks amazing. Thanks for showing it to us.
^^^ Walking ads, I love it!!
Thanks everybody![]()

Who needs a costume when you can look that great painted! lol
You look great!
love it...i've always wanted to that...i wouldn't of painted the face though...but the body looks HOT!
You're hot.
In other news, they're not.

I've watched bodypainting live at least two times and both times I've thought of asking the painters how I could get to be their model but both times I didn't have the courage. Plus there was an important bodypainting competition going on and (as a former competing athlete) I know that for some it can ruin their performance totally if they're bothered. And then again, I couldn't wait for hours for the painting to be ready, I would probably need to pee too soon![]()

Thats so cool...how long does it take? I would love to do that...with lots of glitter!
BTW is that ur eye in ur avatar? I want it!!! The make-up,that is
^ seriously, those are BAD tattoos. Way to live in 1996 forever. When the left one starts to fade, it'll become a nebula.
You looked great, especially, compared to the other ones I've seen. Your costume was more detailed it looks like it took forever. I wonder, does that stuff rub off easy? It looks like its glued on. They did a great job on you...
Does anybody know if you can do pole work with body paint on?
Would it make it difficult to do holds on the pole. I know anykind of lotion or oil makes it too slippery but I don't know how the body paints is verus the pole when it is completely dry. Or will it flake off when rubbed against the pole. And how long does it take to dry?

Depends on the paint used, I have mostly used acrylics, and never painted anyone's hands (except maybe the leopard girl, I forget). No one I painted ever had any problems with the pole. Some enamel paints could be a bit slippery, I imagine, but I have never used enamel pai9nts on women as I was worried about toxicity.
Angelicat that is a great job.
I have been through 4 FantasyFests now, and every year the bodypaintings seem to get worse and worse, even the ones done by the high-profile guys with waiting lines look like shit to me. Worst of all are the jobs where they paint big garish eyeballs on the breasts--way to destroy the beauty of the female body, rather than compliment it!
I could only do a little bit of painting this year as I had to work most of FF, but next year I hope to get some of the nights off and do something different and more aesthetic than all these airbrush guys are doing.
Oh and there is a lot of sagging, wrinkled flesh on display every FF, as well as the good-looking bodies like in the OP, it's just part of the whole deal.

Most of my act is pole work, so most of my body would be havin contact with and need to be able to hold on to the pole on it's own. Shoulder, hip, thigh, ect... not just the hands. I really want to get painted for a cool feature show but I don't want to be up on the pole and find I don't have the grip I usually do. The easy thing would be to not paint the spots I use on the pole. But, really, all every part of my body has to be able to stick and slide.
It took 4 1/2 hours to get painted (WHEW!) which is a lot longer than most take... But had a lot more detail.
The paint is water based (as most body paints are) so it is fairly easy to get off- unless you have TONS of it on. You pretty much can't sit down at all if you have your butt done... I did towards the end and part of my paint peeled off.
Paint+Pole= bad news. Probably every time your painted skin touched the pole it would take it right off.![]()

Yeah it took me a few hours to do the leopard girl, but every square inch of her was leopard. With the acrylic paints I use (water-based) I cannot paint on any skin surfaces that will be used in lapdancing or in heavy contact with customers.
There are areas you can paint that will last quite well, the lower back, the stomach, the upper arms, the shoulders. These areas probably aren't in as much contact with the pole, either. A lot of the dancers i have painted did a lot of pole tricks, and I never had much trouble or complaint.
Th fact of the matter is, most total-body paint jobs don't look nearly as good as Angelicat's did. It isn't necessary to paint the entire body to produce an amazing and very beautiful effect. What is necessary is a good design and execution of it. Lots of people call themselves artists, not many really know how to paint. Even more so when the human body is the canvas.
