    Default another san diego question

I'm visiting family in san diego, and only going to be there for a couple weeks, so i was hoping to work a handfull of shifts there. Ok, so i read all the SD threads and what i gathered is that you need a license which is around $200 to work everywhere except les girls or main attraction both of which are kinda ghetto. so the questions i have are:
Are there any other clubs that don't require a license?
Should I just suck it up and get a license and work at like a cheetahs or smthg, cause there's no money at those first 2 clubs. I'm a pretty good hustler, so i'll make $$$ if there's $$$ to be made.
These days I like to count my money. I like to wash it delicately and iron it. Sometimes I dry it with some bounty to make it all nice and cuddly. I love my money... did I say that out loud?

If you are OK with paying the $200 for a license for just a few weeks, I'd say go ahead and do it. It does take about 3 hours with all the running around. If you are a good hustler, I'd say it is safe to say you will make $400 on a bad night at Cheetahs and lots more if things go your way. If you do decide to work there, I can help with questions, etc.

Technically the law in San Diego is that during the lap dance, the dancer must stay 18" away from the customer. Obviously, laws are not always followed so here is how it really is...
Grinding is frowned upon but tolerated from the back but a big no-no from the front (as in straddling and grinding). It is mostly one way touching. The dancer can touch the customer but customer has to keep hands down. Customers do try and touch but the law is that they cannot and mostly the customers behave if you tell them to stop. Some girls tolerate customers touching more than others. Good news is that the dances are 5 for $100 so they are in it for $100 so if you warn them not to be handsy on the first song, they have to sit there for 4 more songs anyway and you get your $100. There is a singular dance room ($20 per song) but mostly that is airdance only and it is easy to upsell customers to the $100 room. Hope that makes sense. No lapdances in the general seating area (on the floor). We do not have champagne rooms like some clubs where you can sell blocks of time. There are 2 places to do lapdances. The VIP room which is communal (one long non separated couch) and its $20 per song. They can get one dance or several in that room. The other room (called the Jungle Room) is also $20 per dance but it is a 5 dance minimum. In the Jungle Room there is only a little more privacy with a booth that feels like a cubby partitioned off on the right and left so no one can see unless they walk by. Both rooms are highly monitored by management and there are video cameras everywhere.
Lap dances in San Diego are fully clothed. We do not remove top or bottom when doing lap dances. On the bottom you have to wear two layers. A dancer thong (thick swimsuit material) and booty shorts. You have to wear booty shorts even if you are wearing a dress. Your costume, whether it is a bra/ bikini top or a dress must not be see through. Thank God for San Diego laws!
