if you are married, but your spouse doesn't work, can you include them as an dependent? what is spouse exemption?

no you can not claim an unworking spouse as a dependent.

what?! my husband claims ME as a dependant on taxes. we file married-joint, but they still put me down as a dependant, since he is supporting me.
If God would have meant for us to be naked, we would have been born that way.

Yes you in effect do
Your filing status would be if you choose to use it, "married filing jointly" you get whatever the standard deduction for that is unless you were to choose to "itemize" for what ever reason.
When it comes to "exemptions" you get one for the husband and one for the wife, the amount of the exemption is the same as it would be for any dependent children. The end result is that the wife or husband as the case may be is getting treat as a dependent.

But anyway, since then i've only used this account but now it's got to the stage i actually really regret making this name in the first place, everyday my name get's commented by random player's, some "nice" comments suprisingly and some just pure hate which i understand ;p. But like with this name i'm forever getting judged, flamed when they have never actually spoken to me but meh. What about you guy's, any of you regret making your runescape account name? other game gold selling

Not only that, but you can claim head of household if you have children for an additional deduction.
