I tip at the end of the night, usually 10-15% of what I made off the recommended guy, not the total amount charged of course.

Depends on the club. Ask the other dancers what they tip him when he hooks you up. That may help. I would find out though...it could help you. But you know sometimes you give a little extra and folks start getting greedy expecting that top tipping all the time. If you give him a little extra simetimes..just say.."I had a good night..so here's a little something something for next time !

I tend to tip right after the dance/VIP that floor guy gets me. I'll find them ASAP and tip them 5 if they got me even ONE dance (because they might get me more), and up to 25 if he gets me an hour with someone (200-250). Tipping them individually and thanking them "Hey, thanks for pointing that guy out to me, I really appreciate it" will make them want to help you more.

We don't have VIPs or CRs here. If someone hooks me up I usually tip half the cost of the first dance, or all of it if I end up doing a whole bunch.

Two $20 dances= $10 for the lovely person that hooked me up. More often a dancer than a bouncer or whatever.

It's funny, there was one girl that started asking guys if they turned her down "well you should get a dance from herrrr then!" lol

Nice. At my club girls tend to help each other out, especially if you're friendly.

Question: are you allowed to charge an hourly rate at your club? Because my club also has no rooms/VIPs, just different sections of the club (totally open). We can charge up to 250/hr for dances, hanging out, whatever.

At my club, the tip out is
    $15 minimum to the floormen
    $10 minimum to the housemom
    $10 minimum to the DJ
    and $3 to the valet

The only person I tip consistently more than that is the DJ, who I give 5% of my VIP money up to $25, and the floor men if they threw out someone I had a problem with, in which case I tip $20. There are 100 girls a night. They make more than enough money.

There is a set group of girls the floormen hook up, about 10 of them out of 200 girls who work the night shift (100 are there on any given night) and they tip them out exorbitantly AND the bouncers personally think they're hot. These girls will be in the penthouse all night ($500 for the room an hour! $300 minimum for the girl!) with athletes, rappers, etc.

I'm so past that point in my dancing career, where I feel like I have to win a bidding war to make money. I work on my own and make awesome money. I don't need to be putting up with someone who thinks they're in with the owners and bouncers, especially a rich or famous guy with a sense of entitlement towards my person, even for thousands a night.

Whenever I work with girls who hook me up, it's always kind of mutual money making. Like I do the talking, but the other girl got them interested. I miss my old hustle buddy for that. We were a great pair, bubbly busty blonde and a serene natural brunette. Dudes loved us together. We made so much money.

One club actually does have the option for $140/half hour, though it's in the same room and all so it's basically a really long private dance. Other clubs I'm pretty sure would be cool with it though I haven't tried it.

I haven't really noticed regular staff to ever have it occur to them to try to help girls out. Except for one owner/DJ that pointed out what he thought were excellent potential customers. He was always wrong

    Interesting.

As for the staff member always being wrong, that's the worst, because you go over there, you don't make money, and you still have to go thank the staff member for "helping" you so consistently!
