They will work, but only as long as you take them. They jack your metabolism up to the stars but when you stop it fucks it up and you gain all the weight back and them some.
Plus they make you all jittery and speedy.
I wouldn't recommend them...
If you change your existing diet to include more fruits and vegies your effects will be more permanent. And if you can exercise.....you'll drop the weight in no time.
While I don't recommend them, I will occasionally take a Hyroxycut for energy for school or whatever, because it does give me a load of energy. I wouldn't recommend going balls to the wall though like the recommend with 6 a day, that's just crazy.

Please dont take diet pills! I mean, its your decision, but ive heard horror stories. Trim spa made me sick after a while. Ill never touch another diet pill as long as I live!

I took Phenedrine for a while, but they stopped working after about a week or so. I loved them for the energy they gave me but overall it wasn't worth it in the end.
Diet pills DON'T work. Sure you might initially lose weight, but once you stop taking the pills you gain it all back and sometimes more. And they can have health risks for long time use. I know it sucks to be like 1-2 lbs per week, but it really is the healthiest way to lose weight. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and make sure you are eating enough calories for how much activity you are doing.
I think they can be good for some people to help you get back on track or through a plateau.
Im taking this 10 day thyroslim right now at half dose. Its so time released that i cant tell much as far as energy goes, and theres no jitters but my appetite is definitely down.
Once im done I will be experimenting with more natural herbal things just to see if they work. Gugulipid, bitter orange ("the new ephedra?"), citrimax, etc. ...

I took Reductil and lost 7kg in a month.

Technically yes, but I got them from a friend who used to work at a pharmacy. Try buying it without one, maybe you'll get lucky.
I must say first, before you start taking it, I've put back 2 kg since I've stopped taking it. All it does is stop your appetite. When you finish the 30 pills you have to watch your diet still and eat healthy.
