Deodorant sometimes works for me when i don't have regular anti-bump stuffs. A thin layer should do the trick.
For more lasting results, there's this stuff called Skin Tight (clear liquid solution in a clear bottle) you can find in a Sally's Beauty Supply or maybe even WalMart.
You can try regular hydrocortisone cream. Or even better- almond oil or apple cider vinegar.
I use visine if it is really stubborn. it freaking works like a charm.
Rub an oil (like almond, jojoba, grapeseed, etc) into your skin after get out of the shower
cortisone cream 2x a day

It's usually caused by over-using a razor. If you get a rash, use a new razor, a good quality shave oil, and exfoliate regularly in the area to prevent ingrowns.
Also, if you get a rash, use one of those anit-blemish face moisturisers with AHA's or sacyclic acid on the area to get rid of the rash. DO NOT USE AN ANTI-BLEMISH GEL THOUGH, i had a friend try that and it didn;t turn out so well, however the moisturiser being really diluted works a treat. Also, you could use the vinegar trick, or if your at work and only just noticed it, dilute some vodka or gin (1 third alcohol, two thirds water) sponge onto the area, wait to dry then cover with some foundation, it'll be gone within a few hours.
Yes, I do love the cock, but I'm sorry to say it's only your wallet I'm interested in tonight dear

Thanks all! I will try these.

I use Bikini Zone I get it from Amazon. I'm bump free now:-)
I use an anti blemish gel from avon and alcohol.
Oil of Olay's "In Shower Body Lotion"
Woweee. So amazing. I don't have to use diaper rash cream any more. I discovered it accidently. I bought the stuff cause my skin needed a little extra moisture.....and realized that my razor rash has been nonexistant ever since.

what about that coochie cream stuff? ive heard great things about it but never tried it out myself. that may work for you as well.
Change your blade more often. Some experts say with every shave or two.
try waxing or use an at home epilator.
The second things are the only ones that work for me.
