I love working multiple clubs at once. I actually make more money when I do that, I guess b/c I don't get as bored.
As long as the clubs don't have a rule against it, go ahead. And there's no need to tell anybody anyway that you're working elsewhere, that's nobody's business but yours (and perhaps your regulars if you want to tell them).
I did this when I really liked the pastie/thong club that I was working at, but at the same time, wanted more money. I ended up quitting the pastie/thong club and sticking with the lapdance club, tho.
I say go ahead unless the either of the clubs have a really STRICT rule against working somewhere else. If they do, and are pretty close to each other (less than an hour apart), and if you do decide to work both, don't be surprised if someone finds out and you get fired...you know, just be prepared. Even if you don't tell anyone yourself, customers talk to other dancers who talk to other dancers and customers, etc.
What I did was just go into another club and straight up tell them that I was working somewhere else one day a week and that I understood if they didn't want to hire me based on that, and that, no, I wasn't going to quit the other club. They said they didn't mind, but that they figured eventually I would quit lol.
The club I'm at now has a pretty strict policy, or so I've heard, about working somewhere else...especially @ the competition clubs, and you'll get fired on the spot if they find out you're working somewhere within the same state.
At one point, I had 3 regular clubs and regularly went out of town to work other places. No big deal.

Almost all of us are independent contractors, a club can not dictate where else you can work, that's why we pay to work there, but if the manager is a jerk and finds out about the other clubs than he'll proably find any lame reason to get rid of you.
I've known manager/club owners like that before. It seems like they get off exerting their power and making an example of you, which ensures that they rule by fear.
