I was in gymnastics for 10 years as a child, but I quickly lost all of my flexibility with in two years after I quit. I don't know why it left me so quickly or where it went!And now that I don't have any coaches hounding me every day, I can't seem to remember how to get it back either.
What I really want to get down is the splits and a back bend again. What do you guys do to keep up your flexibility at work and out side of work? And how did you get these skills down? Any advice would help. Thanks!![]()

Yoga seems cool and relaxing, but is there something more intensive? Or are the different levels/styles of it I can do? I guess I should look around my town, huh? *duh*
