I more or less started at 153 at the beginning of the month but didn't start counting till I was 150. Anyways by way of walking, x pole, and 30 Day Shred I have lost 10 lbs in one month! Maybe I can do that again this month! I will post some before and after's in my thumbnails. You can tell the difference. Sorry...just super excited and wanted to let girls know that it is possible.
