LOL...It just takes time and practice! Make sure to watch the other girls and see what they are doing. Go to youtube and find some online lessons and see if you can do those. Good luck!
Yes... definitely watch the other dancers. That's the best way to learn. And, if you can, practice when you're at home. Walk around in your shoes as much as you can so you get more used to them. If you fall again, just laugh at yourself and make a joke about it. I totally tripped the other day on stage while I was picking up my clothes, and I didn't fall, but I almost did and I just made a joke about it to the guys at the tip rail. I actually got better tips because of it. Haha.

Oh I forgot all about shoes! I tended to be able to walk in them pretty good from the get go. Just know that your feet are going to HURT and you will be bruised. Within your first week you will be hurt in places you didn't know existed.

So true. I remember I was so sore after my first week I could barely walk. Hahaha.
