    Default Tummy tuck pt 2

I had posted pics of myself when I was 10 lbs heavier and I am posting some pics again. I am hoping I am not going to end up needing one and if I do hopefully it will only need to be a mini tummy tuck. The first two are me not sucking in the second are and the last ones are close ups of me not sucking in and me actually sucking in.

I still think you'll need at TT and I think you'll need a full. To be honest your stomach hasn't changed much because it's still loose muscles and loose skin which no amount of exercise or losing weight will fix.

My stomach didn't have as much lose skin your does and I still needed a full because a mini only addresses problems below the belly button with skin and if you need muscle repair (which I think you do) then a mini will do nothing.

Go the the Tummy Tuck forums at MakeMeHeal.com to talk to some of the ladies there and see some pictures.

Thanks for the website. This is just so depressing. To be losing weight but no my tummy probably isn't going to budge..well not much. And I don't know if I will be able to have good enough credit to get a tummy tuck. I am no longer a stripper. Right now I am babysitting but that will be over at the end of the week bc my fiance comes home from Iraq and he wants to be away from the kids for a while. I am going to try to get a job in the meantime and only then it will probably be only a 7.50/hr or 8.50/hr job.

You can go back to dancing. Just wear tube dresses or other things that you can just pull up/down to cover your tummy. That's what I did while I was waiting to finish nursing my son so I could get surgery. I know one woman who danced like that for years and everyone thought she had one of the best bodies in the club.

Don't be depressed. If you want to keep losing weight then do so and tone up any other areas that you think need work so that your tummy isn't such a focal point for you.

Get back on stage and keep in mind that every dollar you make is one step closer to your pre-pregnancy body.

Happy I found this thread! Giving it a little bump as I know we have many other prego members at the current time.

I danced with a tummy like that and it did go away all accept a small 1 inch soft spot along the bottom of my belly. Now I have to try to do it again It can be done. Things don't sag as much if the muscles are tight underneath.

BTW Try working out your hip flexors, and the rest of your tummy will be held in better. Good Luck.

it doesn't look bad at all! do not despair. dance if you want! i thought my tummy looked hopeless after a baby and i danced anyway...just wore a tube dress or one-pieces only. no waist cincher or corset cuz that has never been my "look"...sequiny, shiny tubes work. dancing is suuuch great exercise and my loose skin did tighten up, yours will too. sometimes guys mentioned it "oh so you had a baby" but i'd ay "yeah he's ___ months old, do you have kids? want a dance?" or just shrug if they were put off, and move on, had customers ask me to get fully undressed for lapdances please, they didn't mind stretch marks, their wife had 2 kids and they thought it was beautiful, etc. kinda weirded me out - some guys, they dont just NOT MIND imperfections, they prefer to see that you have some. in a super competitive club it would probably be a bummer but i avoided that atmosphere while i was not 100% confident. eventually it tightened just fine and i would take the dress all the way off, and i had a 6-pack. i started wearing 2-pieces even though the skin was still kinda wrinkly and bothered me. put a broom stick behind your shoulders and do torso twists. drink lot o' water. you may not need a tummy tuck!

my stomach was worse then that and after dancing for about two and half years i had a little loose skin but barely noticable. I danced alot 5 days or more a week. You have to stay very active and do alot of lifting legs in the air up and down in your routine. Its harder in a classier club where they dont like for you to get on the floor. But once its toned up it will stay that way as long as you stay active. Think about also adding vegi juices everyday to your diet. It does wonders for your skin. Dont give up. As I stopped dancing and stopped exercizing a year later my stomach got bigger again but the skin stay tighter then before.
