    Default Water pills

Has anyone ever tried water pills? I took one to flush my system and get rid of excess water weight. Do they really work?

Ive used them before and I think they are a gimmick. As bad as this sounds, what most
people who are in fitness competition use is a diuretic to get rid of excess water-like lasix..but
this is a prescription only drug

They are bad for you. Avoid and do it the natural way. Lower your sodium intake and as strange as this sounds drink more water. That is the best and healthiest way to drop bloat.

I wouldn't take them every day, but they work if you need to look extra thin for a special event you need to go to.

It puts too much pressure on your kidneys to use every day and they can seriously dehydrate you.

^^So true. Miracle drugs are a gimmick. Most of them give you a temporary relief of the problem, but they can have adverse side effects.

Lucy is right. Besides, when you dehydrate you body with meds, your organs that control water absorption will work overtime to replenish what you "stole" from then and this could cause you to be even more bloated.
