    Default Nose/boob Job

    sorry this is abit long
These are the only two things I always feel self concious about , I feel like if I just fixed them Id feel so amazing. And hopefully would give me that final bit of confidence to become a dancer.

I have pretty much no boobs and although my nose doesnt have a bump or anything like that..it just doesnt have any curve to it..its not perticularly big but compared to other peoples it looks just shapeless and blah! Do you think they would still do the surgery even though there is nothing perticuarly wrong with it? I just wish to have a really cute small nose!

I have looked around and found out the typical nose job costs about £3800 and boob job inc overnight stay etc would be around £4800

By the summer I would have saved up around £6000.. do you think they would perhaps do me some sort of deal where I could give them that and just pay off the rest in a matter of months afterwards. Or is it advised just to get one done and then save up the rest of the money for the second op.

Also has anyone had two surgerys done at once..is it too much to handle..would it be easier on me physically and perhaps emotionally (I have heard women can get really emotional after surgerys) to get one done at a time. Would I need more time off work?

Although I have heard success stories while I have been reasearching I have heard so many people saying their noses were ruined and their self esteem(something that popped up alot was the doctor making a nice curve but then not making the tip smaller so giving a pig like appearance, I dont think if I said in the consultation 'will you remember to make the tip the same size too!' would really make the surgeon do that lol) I really wouldnt want for that to happen but I think about my nose everyday, everytime I look in the mirror I just think 'Id look so much cuter with abit smaller nose' so is the risk worth it?

Does anyone know any decent questions to ask the surgeon? Or tell if he is good? Because apparently once they have your money they become very unintrested.

i think it s too much to have both done at the same time. especially the boob job, you can not work for at least 2 to 4 works. i would say get your nose done first. i think pretty face is more important than big boob.

Well I want to have it done in general but it would make more sense to do atleast one before I start dancing. In my head anyway lol

Bexxx get it done for yourself, not for the job. I never wanted bigger boobs for dancing. I felt cheated cause all the females on both side of my family were well endowed, so I went and bought mine. lol Now my sisters want theirs done cause they are sagging.

Do it for yourself. And yes you can get both procedures done at the same time. Make sure you talk to your plastic surgeon about the risks involved with a double surgery. It's just more down time. Expect to be out 6 weeks though. I think it's a little more for the nose.

Personally, I'm not a fan of my nose but I wouldn't do anything to it. PM me a pic and let me see!

My humble opinion is go to someone that specializes in rhinoplasty for a nose job. Nose jobs have the highest rate of dissatisfaction and redo's of all kinds of plastic surgery and its harder to do the 2nd time.

^^^ agreed on the need for a real 'pro' for nose jobs. The aesthetic skill and surgical techniques required for a really great nose job are far above those required for a boob job.

As to the virtues of bigger boobs for dancers, all I can say is that club customers often say one thing with their mouth, while 'saying' another thing with their wallet !

Whatever you do just realize that a breast augmentation is not going to make you a super stripper that banks $$ like a wild woman. Yes, alot of guys prefer big fake boobs but alot of guys don't. Really, what's MOST important is how you feel in your own skin. It doesn't matter if you are an A cup or a DD. It's how you feel about yourself that is gonna shine through. If you are that self-concious about having small breasts, it's gonna show. If you have the money for a boob job and really feel that you need it, then by all means do it. Like the other girls said, though, DO NOT do it for stripping, or for customers. I think you will be really dissapointed when you don't get the kind of response you want, then there you are...your self esteem is down again even though you have big boobs. Customers and strip clubs are NOT worth getting surgery for. Do it for YOU or don't do it at all. And unless you have a hideous nose, why mess with it?? Don't pick at yourself so much.
I see girls all the time with the most beautiful big fake boobs and yet the lowest confidence, not smiling, sulking around the club without a thing in the world to do. Then I see little miss A cup getting dances and VIP like mad because she is confident and assertive. At the same time, I have seen all the boob job girls getting all the dances and the tiny titty committee sulking. You never, ever know.

It depends on how bad your nose looks. If it's not that bad, then I would get the boobs done first. There have been a few girls I've worked with that looked like Toucan Sam (literally) and got boobs, and I was just like WHY? You should have fixed that beak before you touched anything else on your body. Boobs are definitely not everything.

I have had more than one thing done at the same time and it does save you money with the total costs - being you will only have one visit one anasthesia etc etc,

Its best NOT to ask people what THEY think of your nose or your boobs - sincerely - its what YOU feel about them. How you feel is more important than ANYONE'S opinion. You will need to live with your choices not anyone else so search for your own answers - not other's opinions.

Please research your doctor. Through word of mouth - on the internet - and your instinct when going for a consult. The cheapest doctor isnt always the best - and equally so....the most expensive doctor isnt always the best EITHER!

Plastic surgery is permanent. You can't take the new nose back even if you save the receipts!!! Be certain you are making a choice you can live with.

Plastic surgery is also a very PERSONAL choice. Weigh that when getting advice or opinions ok?
