    Default My Perrrrfect Club!

Beautifully designed, huge dressing room, tanning beds, great stage lighting. COMPETENT management, no contact, low house fees, HEALTH INSURANCE, some training would be nice as well...

    A girl can dream!

My current place I've got almost everything I could/would want. EXCEPT for low house fees, and high promotion. I want a club that busts its ass to get customers in those seats!

Health insurance would be nice too. But I boycott health insurance because I think it's a rip so I'd abstain anyway. But it WOULD be good to give people the option, if they would like to partake.

LOL, but what if you, like, need a kidney or something?

I'm a dual citizen of a country who has socialised medicine, and I still have my SIN card.

I havent had health insurance since I was 18.

Personally, I would really recommend that all dancers have either health insurance or a discount program that will negotiate your medical bills. There will almost always come a time when a person will need one or the other.

Hope you've got $50,000 on hand. That's what my broken arm/dislocated elbow cost me, emergency room and surgery to put all of the ligaments in my elbow back in place, and that doesn't include the months of physical therapy I need. Without insurance I would have had to file for bankruptcy, one accident is all its going to take.

Its great that you have access to socialized medicine, in the United States we don't.

I know it's been beat into the ground but NO.MORE.EXTRAS. Management that doesn't tolerate it and bouncers who are given strict orders to follow on ending ALL extras...and actually following through with it. Also the dancer AND the customer are both 86'd from the club for good if caught engaging in extras.

No more verbal abuse!! Management that doesn't talk to girls like they are low down dirty pieces of crap.

No fucked up house fees especially in places where the club is dead all the time, and girls have to owe the club. And no I'm not talking about the Bunny Ranch in Tucson.....

Bigger locker rooms and more lockers, bathroom facilities that are actually fit for human use.

    Spinny poles!

I never really said what I personally would like to see. Here's my list:

1.) Clean clubs. Literally vacuumed and thoroughly sanitized each night. Bring on the Lysol! I've caught colds from customers leaning in to talk to me, and I know the clubs are filled with germs just like anywhere else, but a large number of the clubs never seem to be properly cleaned. They could also get rid of the smoke smell.

2.) Along with #1, I would like to see the clubs kept up to date. The padding and carpet changed out as needed. The poles checked for stability and loose screws. As well as any raised stages checked. I've broken nails on loose tip rails before. I've read of dancers on here who have slipped off the poles and sliced themselves open on loose screws. Regularly checking the plumbing for problems. Just regular good old fashion maintenance would be nice.

3.) I agree with CherryBomb on the "No More Extras". If girls want to do that fine, but don't do it in the club - you make it harder for the clean girls to just dance. I actually agree with CherryBomb on the lockers and bathrooms too.

4.) I would like to see all of the employees treated better. A lot of the managers get burned out and need more vacation days. The dancers need to be able to come and go a bit easier without being hassled about it... after all at most places they are suppose to be contract workers.

5.) I'd like to see the thugs thrown out of the clubs. Please don't come in and waste my time. You don't have any money... and don't pretend like you do. Don't sweet talk me on stage because I'm not going near you. Don't offer me your drugs, I'm not interested. Seriously, learn how to dress, learn how to talk to women, and don't pretend like you are something that you are not! Give me a nice well dressed guy with manners and some money any day - and we'll have fun!

6.) I'd like to see more use of the internet. The clubs need better websites. I would like the girls schedules posted and to be able to change our schedules on the fly through the website.

7.) I think we need a "three strikes and you're out" rule with many dancers. After awhile you just should have to find a new club. Certain people are too difficult to have to deal with and the rest of us shouldn't be forced to deal with those people. Oh, and the whole "buddy buddy" thing with the managers should be out to. Just because some girl did the manager a "favor" doesn't mean she deserves to come back to the club after she messed up!

I'm sure I have more - but I need to think about what they are.

The only club I ever enjoyed working at had a couple of tanning booths that were free of charge, we had a steam room, the housemom had a whole kitchen set up so we always had home cooked meals, we had a massage therapist, make up artist, manicurist, stylist (she could even wax our eyebrows on the premises) and a chiropractor. We had a wonderful manager for a while too. If we had an awful night, he'd waive our housefee. We even had a costume store inside the dressing room and they sold everything you needed from purses to fake eyelashes, g-strings, stockings, etc.

I doubt there will ever be another club like that again. But I would love to work in another that has all those things (a massage before or after work feels sooooooooo good)! And a chiropractor on the premises is the best thing ever!!!

My Spearmint Rhino club has the best dressing room I've ever been in. Two story, upstairs smoking dressing room/downstairs not. Low house fees, decent surveillance over extras, good management, upscale interior, tanning bed.

My first club had a gym and tv in the back as well as laundry facilities and nice bathrooms.

Only thing about the SR club is one of the bathroom stalls has no door, just a toilet. Interestingly enough, that one is more often than not cleaner than the one with a door as that one gets clogged nearly every shift or the toilet just plain won't get flushed and just basically gets trashed consistently.

What club is this I'm getting in my car now.
My club now is pretty good. We have 2 dressing rooms - one for house girls and one for new dancers/troublemakers, microwave, clean club, clean bathrooms - tampons and babywipes in every bathroom, managments great, staff is really cool, free wi-fi, champagne rooms have foutons so we can sleep if theres noone in the club (we are 24 hours), and a store in the club NOT run by a housemom so clothing is reasonable. I wish we had a tanning bed and someone who would come in to do nails and I would LOVE a chiropractor.
