Default Lost 15lbs but not seeing changes

In the past few months I've lost 15lbs through mostly cardio exercise, but I can barely see a change. My back has a little less fat and my abs have a little less fat, but no huge difference. My clothes still fit the same. I recently started doing strength training and I went by GNC today to pick up some Tonalin CLA. I'm currently at 148 and hope to be 135 by spring break (March 16th). Is the strength training and CLA going to help me burn more fat, and reach my goal by March 16th? I'm also taking a 2 day hiatus from the gym, so should I start taking the CLA today or should I start taking it the day I head back to the gym?

Keep doing what you are doing, you will eventually see the resaults. When you are loosing weight you are loosing fat all over the body at the same time, so it might appear as there isn't any difference at the begining, but there is. By the time you reach 135 you should see big difference, depends how tall you are. Keep in mind that you are doing now srength training and that you are trying to build muscle, that might slow down your acctual weight loss, but only becouse you are building muscle. Regardless, how much more weight you loose, buy going to gym and do strenghth training, you will see resaults, concerning your posture the body will somehow tighten up. That alone makes a big difference.
As for CLA, I have taken it, I think it made difference, with my skin and overall, ut I don't Know. Maybe the pills had the placebo effect, as I was on a strict low carb diet.

You might not see a difference but others may. I've recently lost weight ( I dont weigh myself so I dont know how much, but my clothes are much looser) and I dont see it,but others are commenting on it. So keep it up! Weight is secondary to getting healthy anyway!

^Agreed. Others may see a difference, even if you don't.

You'll get there. Just stick with it Your goal is very attainable. I noticed when I lost weight it was that last 15 pounds that really started making a difference in my face and bikini body.

I hate to say it, but if your clothes aren't fitting differently, you might be losing muscle. It weighs more than fat, so it'll show as a loss on the scale but not so much in sizes. It's important to strength-train to build muscle, which burns fat and may not make the scale go down initially, but will tone you up and let you shed some sizes. Since you just started it, you should see good results in a matter of weeks. Remember to give muscle groups a day off in between, except for your abs which can be worked on daily. See a personal trainer for more info.
