    Default Abs question...help!

so im 5'7ish and 115lbs, im very slender and in pretty good shape...i dont exercise to a regular program, instead i may run or jog for a few days a week for a few weeks, and then switch to light pilates or yoga for a few days a week for a few weeks, then stair machine, walk, rinse, repeat....i maintain my tone and my weight very easily (thank goddddd) but i have a slight prob area on my tummy...

i have that sorta crease that runs horizontally across my tummy, 3 inches or so below my belly button, around the area where the waistband of my jeans would be...

while standing, moving, slight bending or leaning it is not that noticable, but it is way noticable the more extreme the leaning or bending...

    HELP HELP HELP
    thanks a bunch stripperwebbers xoxo

Genetics are fabulous, and you are lucky, but how many days a week do you actually get your heart rate up to the fat burning level? You are already doing everything you need to do to keep tone and fit. I would say find out what your target heart rate is (ask the internet) and get a heart rate monitor (looks like a watch, cheap from target or something) and keep track of where you are when you work out. You'll need to keep your heart rate in your target area to burn any fat. Hopefully that will help you out!!

Its a line under your belly button? I have that to, I have a nice toned flat belly. But under my belly button and above my pant line theres a little line. At work the other day a guy asked me if Ive had a c-section. I was embarrased! But its never gone away for me. Even right after I wake up in the morning and my belly is at its flattest that stupid lines still there. D:
Sorry I can't help. Just saying I got it too.

this is a weird suggestion, and i can't guarantee whether or not it would work because i don't know anyone that's tried it, but if it's just a small crease, maybe putting wrinkle cream on it would help.

teeheehee i wish it were that easy!!! i would much prefer to slather my tum in wrinkle cream that get off my ass and do some cardio...hell i'd eat the wrinkle cream if it would work lol!

most girls have that lil (maybe an inch or so) layer of fat on their tums that kinda tapers off down towards the lower abs and i think that lil bit is extremely cute...just without the weird crease i have....

well i downloaded the 30 day shred that alot of girls where talking about on body business, so im gonna start that tomorrow!

Abs is 80% diet. You have the cardio part covered and at 5'7 115 you don't really have any weight to lose. Plus you can't control where you lose fat.

I used to have a belly to. U have to do a lot of lower ab exercises. There is quite some good exercise examples, for lower abs all over internet. Or if you go on U-tube. What I also do, I use ancle weights, to increase the effects. Do it gradually, though.
Besides, that U really have to watch, what U eat. Try to lower sodium, carb and alcohol intake. These will make U bloated and it will show on your tummy.
And the best thing that works for me. I blend a lot of smoothies, made out mostly with watery veggies and fruites, which are also natural diuretics, they will make you feel real lean and healthy and flat. Some exaples that I use most are watermelon, cucumbers, celery, pinapples, apples, parsley, etc. If you can make them twice a day and stick to the rest, they will make wonders.
P.S. Do drink a lot of water!
