    Default dealing with burnout

Hello ladies I was wondering if anyone has tips or advice for dealing with burnout. During the last year I went from working regularly to once a week, then month and now its months between making it to work. When I plan on going in I find some way to justify not going. Once I'm there I'm fine but getting there is the hard part. Am I just done? Thanks!

All I can suggest is taking a nice break. Do something you love to do. Spa day, go shopping. Hell, just lay up in the house. Only you know how much you'll need to 'destress' I have rare rare moments, when I'm a full time dancer (4x a week) and I usually have gone 1-2 months to just mentally repair myself.

Maybe you should check out a different club as a change of scenary. That sometimes helps. Oh, and buy a new outfit!

i had this problem with a club i used to love it and went in five times a week and then the management changed and things started going downhill, i didn't go in for weeks and thought of all the negative things that might happen and people i didn't want to see. I had a long break in china and when i came back to england i still couldnt drag myself there, so i decided to go to a club i had worked before but not gone back to after my working audotion in favour of my regular club i also started picking up a friend on the way. When i thought about not going i knew i couldnt because i had to give my friend a lift and couldnt let her down. I'm going in 2-3 times a week now, and enjoying it.
Maybe your regular club got too much, or it was a case of the longer you leave it the harder it is to go back. Find a new club to try and don't over do it x
