So after getting some good advice from my trainer, I have decided to to look at the scale and to pay attention to body fat only... Iam happy to report that in 5 weeks I have lost 3% bodyfat!!! But according to the scale I have only lost 1/2 a pound. My clothes fit better, I feel right and tight!!! My goal is to get down to 23% boyfat whch on my shape would look amazing... I'm almost there
