Hi! I recently gave birth for the 4th time last november. With my 2nd and 3rd baby I went back to work right away and lost the wieght and got toned very fast since I was dancing. This time I am in Italy and will be going to the states to start work again in about 9 weeks. I need to get my dancer body back but dont have my pole.....
any ideas for a "workout" routine? I have never done any exercising besides dancing so I am lost.
