I have been doing lots of cardio and eating healthy..but no matter what I do..I still carry all my wieght in my thighs and hips... I don't have cellulite...but I really want to make them smaller .. Help please!!

It's probably just your genetic makeup. Be proud of your curves!

I have bigger hips and thighs. I use to really get jealous of the girls that were smaller there... until I realized how true it is what pookie said.
The fact is that your proportions will always be the same, even if you lose weight, unless you intervene medically.
Don't you ever sleep?
Not at night...that's when the stars have rather better things to do. They're coming out, shining, that sort of thing.

I'm built with a big butt and big thighs (15 years of figure skating will do that do you) and no matter how much cardio I do I still have them. When I lose weight they're still there just a bit smaller. If you're built that way you can't do much about it unless you want to surgically remove the muscle. I love a nice butt and thighs on a girl. Be proud of that butt! Many girls would give anything to have a booty
