My weight has steadily climbed, despite eating fresh fruits and veggies and regularly exercising.
I'm finally willing to admit that the problem is my addiction to coca-cola.
I drink about 6 cans of regular soda...a day. So about 900 useless calories a day solely from my soda
I've tried to quit before, but I had crazy withdrawal symptoms. Horrible headaches, shakes, constant fatigue, etc.
I'm going to go out and get some green tea and a caffeine supplement to get me through the first few days.
Does anyone have some tips for what else I can do to beat my cravings?
And how much weight can I expect to lose if I stop drinking all soda all-together? I feel like that's going to be my biggest motivator.
