I have recently really gotten into trying to make my butt really big! lol I have a photo shoot with the photographer from show magazine and if you guys are familiar with this publication then you will know that the girls in the magazine have really big nice bums! So I have been on a mission to make my butt bigger! I have found some really great workouts plans that you can do at home to help to get a really big butt! I have a 40 inch bum and I am really going to try to put on at least an inch but I am really going for 2. I am not a trainer but have talked to a few and they all have agreed that if you want a bigger butt and don't want it to look like a muscle man butt you have to gain weight and add muscle to the area. If you want your butt to get bigger you might want to add a protein shake to your diet, drink it after a workout to help your muscle tissue grow. try to eat health and maintain the fat that you have on you bum by slightly increasing your cal intake. It is a fine balance to add muscle to your butt and keep it looking fat and juicy! but I think these 2 websites will help you to make it happen!
