    Question Working Valentine's Day?

I was just wondering, it's this coming Sat. I believe? Who's working, is it slower, I can't remember the past few yrs. I didn't work it. Thanks.

I generally find that holidays are pretty good. Usually you get more lonely customers, who don't want to be reminded that that they are lonely and willing to spend more 1-on-1 time with the dancers.
    Don't you ever sleep?
Not at night...that's when the stars have rather better things to do. They're coming out, shining, that sort of thing.

after working xmas and new years, and having not a damn thing to do on vday but be reminded of my singleness, i'm gonna go to work. have no idea how the money will be.

there'll probably be a lot of couples coming in. so if i'm lucky, i'll get to dance for girls. i love dancing for girls.

I usually work on Valentines day. One year, I was given a thousand dollars by a customer I had danced for a few times previously. He brought champagne and roses, too, and we spent all night together. Last year, I left with nothing. But the point is, you never know!

I haven't decided whether I'll work it-it depends on whether the boy-who-is-not-really-my-boyfriend wants to do something. I kind of do want to work, though, and i've got a new sparkly pink sequined outfit picked out already.

sadly i'm working. my bf and i are going to a day spa and im getting a 2.5 hour full body massage plus facial =] THEN i go to work...we have a huge fine if we dont show up to the shift we are suppose to work. i'm hoping for lots of lonely men or couples deciding to go to a strip club for fun on v-day. haha. hopefully ill get a customer that will "be my valentine" during work and get a G or something. good luck to the girls working vday, kind of depressing but yea...good luck!

I'm working. I could wait around for some guy to actually want to do something, which I would probably have to plan myself anyways, OR I could just go to work with a great attitude and hope I make some money. If nothing else, I'm hanging out friends all night instead of alone with a pint of Ben and Jerry's, LOL.

The lonely hearts club has always been a profitable one for me.

Unfortunately, the boy wont let me work. Boo.

I never work on V-day (even though I'm always single), but I always hear that it's good. If you're not doing anything else, i say go.

I've never worked on Valentines but I heard it is usually pretty good. I've heard the same thing about New Years too.

Mine is asking me to skip work as well. I guess we're going to plan something.

Things tend to speed up around here *after* Valentine's day, so I don't plan on killing myself trying to work. I saw the schedule ... we'll have a billion girls there on Sat. so it will either absolutely ROCK or suck harder than any night I've had in a while.

Plus, I have a boy to spend time with this year! ^_____^

I've worked it in the past (whenever it came up on one of my regularly scheduled days). Never made much money, probably half of what I'd normally make.

Since this Vday is on a saturday however I bet the clubs will be flooded with younger guys going out in groups. Probably also a decent smattering of couples. I know my club is underbooked for sat as of last night, so hopefully the girls who do show will make bank!

I, however, will be lovin' up my baby

I hate V Day. I don't think even the promise of good money could get me to work. I did last year, and the money was actually OK- but I was a fucking WRECK at home.

I always look at it or any other holiday just like any other day at work, especially since this year it's a saturday, and I'm definitely noit missing a saturday night at work.
To add, already celebrated wednesday and avoided huge crowds in restaurants and bars even if was to take off to celebrate.

I'm working tonight. My boyfriend's 2,000 miles away, and we're both so awesome to each other, we don't feel the need to do anything spcial on Hallmark Day, so I may as well go in and give it a shot. I don't kill myself too hard on weekends in this club anyway, so we'll see how it goes.

Best of luck to all of us tonight! May our clubs all be full of rich, lonely guys!
