You can't target areas to lose weight. So basically if you want to lose it, you'll have to lose weight all over. Your best bet is lots of cardio. If you prefer to use DVDs I would suggest the Pontani Sisters Go-Go Robics 1 & 2 dvds. The video quality isn't great, they are low budget, but they are fun, high cardio, and get to the point. Other things you could try: the Jeff Costa dvds, P90x (heard it kicks butt), and Tae bo. Remember that more muscle helps burn fat... so you might want to add in weights.

you can lose belly fat by eating certain foods....I would google it. A lot of food that Americans eat cause belly bloat....

^^^ Belly bloat is NOT the same as belly fat.

If you want to find out if it's bloating measure your belly in the morning and at night for a few days to see the difference eating regularly. Then fast for a day or two and see if the difference changes from your normal difference. If there is significant change then it could be bloating or food allergies.

Another thing you could do is try a colon cleanse and see if that helps.

Thanks girls, keep the suggestions rolling. I still have a little fat roll when I lose weight and
get down to 105. I would just love to tighten the area a little bit.

Well, if you have a bit of extra cash to burn there is a new form of liposuction out called SmartLipo MPX. I've never promoted liposuction before because of scaring and re-gaining the weight. It sounds like you are pretty healthy though and that pooch is very common and often genetic. Anyhow, I have a few friends that have already done the SmartLipo and it either leaves no scar or a tiny pin prick sized scar, so it's MUCH better. You could check and see if there is a doctor in your area that does it. The prices seem pretty reasonable.

Your diet needs to be good too. They say abs are 80% diet. Stay away from refined carbs, processed food, sugar and alcohol. Try to get 40% protein, 40-30% carbs, and 20%-30% fat.
