This is a quetion for ladies who have been using the pole for a while. Does all of the friction and stretching from hanging on by like the back of your thigh cause the skin there to get loose? I'm hoping the answer is no, and none of the girls I've seen in videos who have been dancing for years seem to have a problem with loose skin. I 'm just loving what the pole is doing for my arms and abs so much that I have to have some question torturing me.
