Hi ladies,
How many of you gals have added Creatine & L - Glutamine to your diets & workout regimens or just for general health.
I have been reading up a lot lately on creatine and L - glutamine and how it is often over looked by most women, as MOST women have a tendancy of thinking they will get super huge from this stuff. But if I am reading things correctly, and with Creatine helping mucles, and glutamine helping to improve Immune efficientcy, then you should develope more mucles, and in turn burn more calories, in turn losing more fat...Right?????
So why dont more women take Creatine & L - Glutamine????
