I've been dancing for about 8 months now, but I'm still having problems with my knees. If I do about 20 minutes straight of lapdancing my knees have a chance of going out. And I'm serious when I say that, once I was walking back down the stairs after a series of LDs (Lapdance area is second floor), and my knees completely gave out as I was going down the stairsThank god I had the rail.
Is there something to help this? I know I need more endurance obviously, but I'm worried about what to do until then. I think I became lazy with my dancing for awhile because the past week I decided to actually dance my knees feel like they could go out again at any moment. It's actually pretty scary.
