Default What make-up would look good with this dress?

I'm going for a big night on the town on sat and im wearing that dress. I'm even gettin my first fake bake spray tan!!
Any ideas on what make-up i should go for. I always tend to go for smoky eyes on a night out so it would be nice to have something different. I was thinking a sparkly lilac colour with a shot of emarald liner on the top lids and dolly pink lips.
    Any ideas? xx

gold eyeshadow looks absolutely fabulous when you wear purple. i would do gold with purple liner.

I was thinking silver, purple and black. (Silver on eye lid, black in crease, purple blended between the two and as a bottom liner) There is a lot of silver on the belt and I think gold would really clash. If you wear similar colors on your eyes than your dress it will really pop!

i didn't even look at the dress up close, totally didn't notice the silver buckle. good call on that.

that's not to say i wouldn't wear gold eyeshadow anyway, but i've never been one for matchy-matchy-matchiness.

i have a few friends that are though, and they're always saying things like "i have no idea how you pick out your outfits, and why it occurs to you to put them together the way you do, but somehow you make it work."

so it's all a personal preference thing anyway.

violets and pinks look really good together too. very soft and feminine, which would go well with the dress, and would be a variation from your smoky eye.

Don't do your make up around your dress. Do what looks good on you.
