Backstory: When I set out to do something, I get downright obsessed until it is done as well as I can do it. I am determined to be a damn good stripper and make a ton of money. Art school ain't cheap, and neither is keeping up with a BF visits his European family on a yearly basis. Loft on Lake Geneva? Yes, PLEASE!
Specs: I'm 23 years old (have been told I look 19); 5'7", 116lbs (kinda light), 34B-24-37. Light skin, dark brown hair, grey eyes. I work out 3-4 times a week.
I'm going out of state to dance, ideally at Camelot in DC for the first couple of months (as all my posts can show, I have been sleuthing the shit out of this place).
My concerns are that my hair is too dark and my skin is too light. I'm of Cherokee/Scandinavian descent and I tan dark as hell, but I have literally avoided the sun since I was about 13 or 15 years old. I've read that the club lights can make pale girls look washed out and ghostly. Is this true?
I've had honey-blonde hair before and it looked super cute -- I just can't go platinum because it looks awful. Do blondes make more bank or does it matter?
What do you think I could do to get my look more up to par? -- especially considering Camelot as a club? I really, really want to work there when we go to DC.
I'm fully aware and okay with using my looks as a tool, so I'm not really attached to anything. (Example: I prefer short hair, less maintenance but am growing it super long because I know it will help build the typical fantasy-girl image.) Whatever will work best for my customers and my bank account is what I am interested in. If that means the polar opposite of what I'm doing now, or just fairytale light hair/skin or dark hair/skin (I can look pretty ethnic) I'm down -- I just need a few pointers!
Sorry for writing a novella! I really appreciate any help you could offer. If I could send you cookies in thanks, I totally would. But for now, Internet hugs!
(The first one is of me when I was sick holding a book and I'm in a bathrobe in the other one, lol. It's been cold lately.)
