What exercises can I do to cut an inch or two off my waist? Anyone know?

all that works for me is restricting and crunches (50 reg, 50 bicycle, 50 leg up, 50 lower)
i think a lot of it is genetic though.
I've found that pilates core exercises have really defined my waist. There's lots of twisting :-)
