    Hey ladies,
    anyone use tonalin? is it safe? what are the side affects and have there been any reported deaths due to use?

    Yeah, a seach will net you a TON of great tonalin info!

    I've been taking tonalin for about 4 months and have noticed no negative side effects. It is basically safflower oil, if I remember correctly, which is a fairly innocuous substance.

    I am startting to take it as well. I got it in the mail yesterday. I wonder if you can just buy the safflower oil at the grocery though and save money?

    Got some after hearing about it here on the board. At Walmart.

    I think its helping keep the pudge on my tummy down, especially noticeable a day or so after a workout. I dance Thursday and Friday nights and line dance Saturday nights. Mondays have been good to me! Hasn't made my face greasy, not any greasier than normal anyway. My greasiness always goes in cycles with hormones. My skin is also normally pretty soft, I haven't noticed any change there yet.

    It's been about a week on it for me.
