Haha I always enjoy being reminded of the big picture right before an exam. Puts it all in perspective.

Yup. It's a pretty big place, all right. In fact it's so much greatly bigger than we even can imagine.

However, what we see now of the universe happened many, many years ago. That's because, considering that the distance between things in the universe is so far, light just seems so incredibly SLOW.
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.

Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.

^^ And as we've found out in the last 10 years or so, the rate of its expanding is also increasing (it's accelerating). It's like every galaxy and star in it has bad breath! It's called dark breath....just kidding; it's called 'dark energy'. And we don't know what the heck it is.

Seriously though, as Evan said it is humbling, but I also find it inspiring- kinda takes a lot of weight off my shoulders. Reminds me of what really matters. Nobody else feel like that?

Yep! I took astronomy in college. It was a tough class, but it blew my mind. My favorite particle was the quark.

^ It was probably the one class I've taken in my undergrad career so far where every day in class, I'd sit there and genuinely be wowed by the kind of stuff we'd talk about. I had no prior interest in the subject...but that's a perspective I now think everyone should take the time to appreciate at some point.
