    Default Scheduling my vitamins/acv

    Help!
    I want to try AVC( apple cider vinegar). I also have garlic, biotin, a daily mulitvite, fish oil capsules, birth control pill, and want to try flax seed oil.
    But I usually drink my coffee when i wake up and my bc and a multivite.
    So at work the acv is never on hand.
    Anyone know what you can take and when? I want to rotate the fish oil and the garlic. So not on the same day.
    Also I was reading fish oil capsules can go rancid. Would you know?
    What is the best flax seed oil to take? Are capsules good enough?

    It's usually best to take stuff with food (unless specified otherwise). Everything you listed is best to take with food. So, whenever you eat, it doesn't really matter what time of day.

    Keep your fish oil supplements out of the sun and heat. Don't leave them in your bathroom, but I don't know why you would anyway. They have expiry dates on them as well so keep an eye on that and check the date before you buy it.

    Thanks. What I'm wondering is obviously I don't want to take the acv in the morning right before the coffee. I'd probably get sick from it.
    But the rest of the stuff should I just try to space it out or take it all at once. That's where the confusion is.

    You know, I'd ask your doctor about interactions w/ the bcp, but if you get any of your supplements at the GNC or some similar place, it is a part of their job to help you figure out when to take what for the best results...and I'm sure they'd be able to tell you all about flax seed.
