Help!
I want to try AVC( apple cider vinegar). I also have garlic, biotin, a daily mulitvite, fish oil capsules, birth control pill, and want to try flax seed oil.
But I usually drink my coffee when i wake up and my bc and a multivite.
So at work the acv is never on hand.
Anyone know what you can take and when? I want to rotate the fish oil and the garlic. So not on the same day.
Also I was reading fish oil capsules can go rancid. Would you know?
What is the best flax seed oil to take? Are capsules good enough?
