Tired Need to go back to work-I am muffin top

    Hi all,
Since I have taken time off to deal with a bit of school term, I havn't been dancing on Stage which is my first love. VIP'ing only right now has become down right depressing- I hear too much of...."Oh, are you a stage dancer? When will you be up? Oh, I c...." Blah Blah Blah!
SO school's out in April for me & I have already booked the month with gigs...problem: I am not fat, but for performing standards I look like a newbi again as fare as tightness goes. I do a lot of pole work, so it will come back to be no toruble, but since I moved in with my man, my diet has suffered! He keeps cookies, icecream, pizza everywere & I slip up bad.

I have been living off salads & oatmeal for a almost a week & I'm seeing a change back to my old self, but I still have self esteem issues on my home clubs floor. Ug, someone shoot me with all the rale thin enhanced women sauntering around...atleast when I stage dance, my body gets ripped...now.....oh here comes another sniffle

Ok, my rant is done But I'd like to know some healthy eating tips, sepecialy when you're on the road for work...I will servive, but I just have been feeling down lately about my figure...I've even noticed I'm trying to "hide" I'm slouching, I never slouch!......

Oh girl, I feel your pain! It's tough to diet when you are around someone who has bad eating habits. Could you maybe press to him how important it is for you to look good and see if he's interested in losing weight? Then you could toss all the junk food.
    Don't you ever sleep?
Not at night...that's when the stars have rather better things to do. They're coming out, shining, that sort of thing.

    Thanks.

I've been continuing with eating well & you know I think it's a visious circle....you junk out on food then feel bad & then do it some more to feel a bit better...no more! I think I might have that seasonal depression thing in winter maybe.
My guy since he's gotten with me has lost weight- haha, this is as healthy as he gets! Oh well
I already got Contracts for all of April, so I'll be back to dancer "normal" by the end of the first week.
Someone told me to eat six tiny times a day, I'll see how that works for me

I read about this diet while I was looking at nano slim reviews, I'm wondering if it works... I saw this diet, and it looks like it would work. But doesn't look that fun...haha. good luck & i'm with you on that vicious junk food roller coaster cycle! It's hard, I think we have used food as a reward for too long... it's hard to get that feel good feeling out of your head, when you think about junk food. Another thing I think about is, "Well we only taste the food while we eatting it to have it go down, and come out the other end." kind of makes no sense to worry about what your eatting, candy bar vs. apple. All about the good feeling junk food gives you. DAMN JUNKFOOD! LOL

I'm so glad to know I am not the only person that does this, ha ha. I'll eat something fatty ( there's usually ranch dressing involved...) and then be like oh shit, I just ate sooo much junk food...Maybe I'll have a [ insert something healthy here ] to make myself feel better, now.
My rational side sees no logic in this. But my rational side is overpowered by my love for food 95% of the time!!
