Since I have taken time off to deal with a bit of school term, I havn't been dancing on Stage which is my first love. VIP'ing only right now has become down right depressing- I hear too much of...."Oh, are you a stage dancer? When will you be up? Oh, I c...." Blah Blah Blah!![]()
SO school's out in April for me & I have already booked the month with gigs...problem: I am not fat, but for performing standards I look like a newbi again as fare as tightness goes. I do a lot of pole work, so it will come back to be no toruble, but since I moved in with my man, my diet has suffered! He keeps cookies, icecream, pizza everywere & I slip up bad.
I have been living off salads & oatmeal for a almost a week & I'm seeing a change back to my old self, but I still have self esteem issues on my home clubs floor. Ug, someone shoot me with all the rale thin enhanced women sauntering around...atleast when I stage dance, my body gets ripped...now.....oh here comes another sniffle
Ok, my rant is doneBut I'd like to know some healthy eating tips, sepecialy when you're on the road for work...I will servive, but I just have been feeling down lately about my figure...I've even noticed I'm trying to "hide" I'm slouching, I never slouch!......
