+1. no one that's answered this thread is naming where they work, I noticed. quite frankly, I don't blame them. to the OP: maybe this is not the right industry for you. if that's how little you are making on a regular basis, you should deffinetly find another job. shit, most min. wage workers make more than you do.
I think that the girls that sit on the couches and do nothing but wait for their stage rotation have their place in the club: taking up space in the stage rotation.
Lately, I've found that no matter if there are 3 girls or 15 girls working (I'm a day shift girl) I still make the same amount.
I've been making about $800-1000 a week, usually working 3 days, sometimes 4. There is usually one day in that 4-day week when I only make $20, bringing my average down, though.
On the other hand, average walk after tip-out back home was $200. It was a small club, though, in the stixs. So there are some clubs where a girl needn't quit because she averages $150.
you kidding! i LOVE the girls that make $100 to $150 a night. they go dance on stage and spend the rest of the time sitting on their bums yapping at each other at the bar/dj booth/dressing room. That leaves me to hustle for dances. why on earth would i want them to leave?!

Lately, I've been getting more used to this job and my club, and I'm making about $1000 a week, 3 shifts a week. I try my best to hit $300 a shift (8 hour shifts, mandatory).
The earning has gone down since the recession, at least that's what I've heard, but I started working a year ago, so I wouldn't really know.
I live in the New England area of the USA.
