Hey girls. I had one of those "stripper bumps" and i still have one (even three months after I quit dancing) It is getting smaller, but everytime I try to do crunches, it gets bigger. I have tried using the ab longe so there isnt as much pressure on it but its not helping. Any ideas what i could do since I do not want to stop working out. I wouldnt really care if the bump was there, except for it gets sore after I work out so its starting to bother me. How long does it take to go away... or does it go away?? thanks![]()
