    Question moonlighting? help!

So i started working last week, at an upscale gentlemen's club, and i do really enjoy the work. however, i've not made more than $185 in one night, and that was the good night. every night after that has been under $100, for a 7 hour shift. newbie's at my club are required to work day shift (1-8pm) until you sell one champagne room (which is all but impossible on day shift), and i'm afraid i'll never make any money!! i mean, i left a great job in a coffee shop making $8/hr for this job, and i'm making less and having to shell out around half of what i make each night just to tip out and pay house fee, not to mention all the startup costs for makeup and clothes and shoes and whatnot. i'm not sure what to do! should i stay on days at my current club, and moonlight at a less strict club in the next county over (where they let you work any time you want) to try to make some more money? i mean, it is SO slow at my club, that i cant even try to practice my hustling skills, because there's NO ONE there!!

Being required to sell a CR to get on a night shift is ridiculous, especially if there aren't many customers coming in. Have you looked into other clubs? Unless that is a really great club and makes more than the others in the area... I would suggest you consider switching clubs.

I am not sure what the averages are for the clubs in that area, but I'm sure there are a few people on here that could tell you.
    Don't you ever sleep?
Not at night...that's when the stars have rather better things to do. They're coming out, shining, that sort of thing.
